For Members Who Joined Prior to Spring 2009

We hope members will choose to remain involved with the society after their induction.  To encourage participation in chapter meetings and activities, members earn points for involvement in various society programs and events.  The secretary of the chapter keeps records of attendance and participation, and can inform members of their current status throughout the academic year.

Members who earn 15 points a semester are considered "active members."  These active members who maintain their status for three out of five eligible semesters will receive their Phi Eta Sigma graduation honor cord at no cost!
