Bear Beginnings (Fall Orientation)

Mercer University's fall orientation program, Bear Beginnings, is designed to give students the resources and information they need to be successful in their collegiate endeavors. Bear Beginnings starts the Saturday before classes begin, and provides students with diverse, positive, and therefore meaningful experiences, including meeting classmates, getting to know their academic advisors, learning about community expectations, attending social events, and exploring all of the possibilities Mercer has to offer! By the first day of classes, we seek to give students the firm footing they need as they learn, change, and grow at Mercer University!
