Welcome to Mercer! On this day before classes begin, we have a special program just for transfer students! This is your chance to connect with incoming transfer students, learn from the experience of current students who previously transferred into Mercer, and attend Convocation with Mercer faculty, staff, and all new students!

Transfer Welcome Day will take place on:
Monday, August 20, 2012
From 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
This event will differ from Summer Orientation for Transfer Students by offering an opportunity to connect with other incoming transfer students as well as current students who previously transferred into Mercer. No registration required, just come on down!
What should I do until Welcome Day?
As you prepare for your arrival, be sure to check out the Guidebook for Transfer Students, containing important information and answers to many common questions.
Also be sure to visit our Directions page, linked above, to find out more information on getting to Mercer by plane or car, including written directions as well as maps. Local accommodation listings are also provided, with maps of their locations and links to reservation pages.
