NCAA Self-Study

Mercer University
NCAA Self-Study Report

For the past year, Mercer has been involved in a self-study of its intercollegiate athletics program.  The self-study process has been open and comprehensive: over 50 people representing a wide cross-section of the Mercer community served on the self-study steering committee and four subcommittees, including faculty, staff, students, student-athletes, alumni, booster club members, and Trustees.  Participants collected information and data, composed drafts, evaluated self-study responses against the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) operating principles, and developed plans for program improvement.  The conclusion of the self-study is that Mercer conforms to both the letter and the spirit of NCAA's operating principles.

The self-study report can be accessed below.  The report is presented in Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format.   If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat reader, you can download a free copy from from Adobe.
