- Register with BEARLink and upload a resume.
- Career Services must approve your resume before you can register for on-campus interviews through BEARLink. To have your resume approved in the next 24 hours, please call 478-301-2863.
- Stop by Career Services and meet with a professional staff member so that you can update your resume. We want your resume to meet professional standards.
- Once you are approved for Interviewtrak, you may then click the link and view the interview schedule. You must match the company's criteria, ie. GPA, major, work authorization, etc., to sign-up for an interview.
- To view the Interview Schedule, search for opportunities in the first search box by entering dates for the entire semester or year. For instance, search for August 1, 2007 through May 1, 2008 in order to pull up interview dates for the entire academic year.
- Each company that has posted a job for an interview date will be listed. To view the company's job description, click the Details link.
- If you meet the company's requirements, the job description page will have a button that reads "Submit Resume." Click this button to submit your resume.
- If you do not meet the requirements, make sure your information was correctly entered in your Successtrak profile. If you still do not meet the requirements and believe you would qualify, see a staff member.
- Companies review resumes and choose who they will interview. The company or Career Services will notify you if you have received an interview. Upon notification, return to Interviewtrak and sign-up for an interview time in a timely manner.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You must sign-up for an interview with each company with which you would like to interview. Uploading a resume to BEARLink when you register is just the first step to the process.
