To be fully admitted to The Collaborative Educator on the Macon Campus, a student must:

• hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• have an undergraduate cumulative GPA of 2.75 or better
• submit a target score of at least 800 (excluding analytical) on the Graduate Record Exam (GRE) or 397 on the Miller's Analogy Test (MAT)  Test scores must be less than six years old. 
• Two official copies of all transcripts must be sent directly to the Graduate Program Assistant from each college attended.
• You must download, fill out, and mail the following forms to the places indicated on each form:
  • Collaborative Educator Application (pdf format)
  • Student Health Form (pdf format)

Applications and required documentation for admission to the graduate teacher education program must be received by the following dates:

• August 1 for Fall admission
• December 1 for Spring admission
• May 1 for Summer admission
