How to Unsubmit a Document

How to Unsubmit a Document:

To retrieve a document after you have submitted it for review, go to the Reviews page (link in left menu) and click on the Sent for Review tab.  Locate the version of the document you want to "unsubmit."  If the "unsubmit" link is available (to the right of the document), you can click it.  That will remove the document from the reviewer's account.  If, however, any action has been taken by the reviewer, you will not be able to "unsubmit" and the link will not be there.  Notice that, when you submit a single document to multiple recipients (like the dispositions assessment permission), it appears as multiple documents in your Sent for Review space -- appearing once for each reviewer.  In "unsubmitting" a document, be sure you are unsubmitting it from the right reviewer.  For example, if you submit your portfolio to the generic account AND, by mistake, also to a professor's personal account, you will be asked to unsubmit it from the professor's account -- be sure you don't accidentally remove it from the generic account, where it should be.
