The Post-Award section of the Grants & Contracts Office is responsible for negotiating grants and contracts; establishing the grant account; authorizing the expenditure of funds against budgets as well as ensuring compliance with university policies and applicable federal and agency guidelines; collecting time and effort certifications; coordinating the submission of project reports and assisting in closeout procedures to complete an award.
