Sample Job Performance Competency Behaviors

Listed below are sample behavior descriptions that can be reviewed to assist you in determining the performance rating for a job competency.   Keep in mind these are just samples and is not an all inclusive list, but may be beneficial in accurately assessing and commenting on your employee’s performance.  You should modify phrases to fit your situation and use accurate quantitative data and specific examples where appropriate.
