2/26/09 Rising 2009-2010 sophomores (2nd year residents) are required to live on and will access their housing contracts fromt he website below. Hours are not considered you live in MEP, Plunkett or Roberts this year, you need to complete this contract. Type your information into the contract, print it off, sign it and bring it to the Office of Residence Life. Please see note below for cancellation information.
Rising 2009-2010 Juniors and Seniors (3rd year or more residents) that plan on returning to University housin will access their housing contract from the website below. Hours are not considered, so if you live in MEP, Plunkett or Roberts this year, you will NOT complete this contract. Type your information into the contract, print it off, sign it and bring it to the Office of Residence Life. Please see note below for cancellation information.

3/05/09 8:00 pm Room selection informational session for Rising 2009-2010 juniors and seniors in the Connell Student Center - Conference Room II
3/20/09 Priority Deadline: All Housing contracts are due in The Office of Residence Life by 5:00pm. Greek House Roster (from chapter presidents) due via e-mail to long_dl@mercer.edu by 5:00pm
Mid to late April - Assignment letters will be sent out via Mercer e-mail addresses
Contract Cancellation Information:
* Contract Cancellation is not an option for freshmen or sophomores.
* Prior to May 1, 2009 there is a $100.00 processing fee.
* After May 1, 2009 you are locked into the contract. You will be charged $100.00 processing fee AND 75% of the contract amount.
* A contract cancellation form must be filled out and given to The Office of Residence Life. This is not guararenteed until Residence Life confirms the cancellation, so please DO NOT sign a lease off campus until you receive a confirmation.
* More detailed information regarding cancellations are written out on the terms and conditions of your contract.
