The Adams and Winship apartments consist of ten buildings on campus, each with studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom town house style units. These apartments house many of our sophomores students in double-occupancy rooms. Amenities for each building include:
- Air conditioning
- Laundry facilities with Bear Card security access
- Cable TV
- Telephone service in each room is avilable through Mercer Telecommunications
- Network/internet ports in each room
*As with all of Mercer University's residence halls, apartments, and houses bed lofts are not permitted.
