MEP Complex (Boone/Dowell/Porter)  
MEP Refectory MEP Typical Room

The Mary Erin Porter (MEP) Complex houses freshman females. The complex consists of Boone, Dowell and Porter Halls, and primarily houses its women in double-occupancy rooms. Boone and Dowell have floor-shared bathrooms while Porter Hall has suite baths usually shared by two rooms. Amenities and information for the entire MEP complex include:

  • Air conditioning
  • Bear Card security access system
  • Laundry facilities
  • Snack machines
  • Several study lounges located throughout the complex
  • "Refectory" activity room with a television
  • Recently renovated areas
  • Cable TV
  • Telephone service in each room is avilable through Mercer Telecommunications
  • Network/internet ports in each room

*As with all of Mercer University's residence halls, apartments, and houses bed lofts are not permitted.
