CLA Faculty Members: Please bookmark this web page and use it to keep track of your academic data submission responsibilities.  We have four academic data collections every semester.  You can use the links below to go directly to the appropriate login web pages for each collection.  Please always double-check your academic data submissions before exiting the collection system.

 

FALL 2008

 

 

SUBMIT RECONCILIATION ROLLS BY
September 3rd

 

Please submit your reconciliation rolls in a timely fashion.  We are required to reconcile all class rolls as part of the federal financial aid accounting process.

COMPLETE FOUR-WEEK PROGRESS REPORTS BY

September 16th

 

Please complete progress reports for all students who appear on the rolls in the progress report system.  [For first-year students only.]

COMPLETE MIDTERM PROGRESS REPORTS BY

October 19th

 

Please complete progress reports for your students who are in academic jeopardy.

SUBMIT COURSE GRADES BY

December 15th

 

Please submit a course grade for all students who appear on the rolls.  Our end-of-semester processing cannot begin if we have any missing grades.

 

Valid grade entries include: A, B+, B, C+, C, D, IC, ABX

 

Failing grades: assign the grade FN to a student who never attended; assign the grade FQ to a student who quit attending (and email a message with the last date of attendance to registrar@mercer.edu); or assign the grade F for failure despite attendance.

 

Repeaters: the notation RI on the grade roster simply indicates a repeated course and you must still submit a valid grade.

 

Auditors: if you have auditors in a class, you cannot submit their course grades online.   You must send a message approving audit credit for the course to registrar@mercer.edu.
