MACON, Ga.- A total of 50 Mercer University student-athletes in six sports earned Atlantic Sun Conference All-Academic honors as recently announced by the conference office.
To earn the honor, a student-athlete must achieve a 3.0 or higher in the classroom during their semester of competition. The sports sponsored by the 11 conference members are cross-country, soccer, volleyball, basketball, tennis, golf, softball, baseball, indoor and outdoor track & field. Mercer does not sponsor indoor and outdoor track & field, but does sponsor air rifle.
The following Mercer student-athletes were named to the 2006 A-Sun Spring All-Academic squad:
