The Office of Payroll and Benefits will hold its annual benefits fairs for employees this month, beginning April 22 in Atlanta, April 23 in Macon and April 30 at MERC. The events will serve as an opportunity for employees to pick up their open enrollment packets, talk to vendors and pick up a free lunch, provided by Aramark. Each event will include door prizes, given to attendees.
The Atlanta event will take place in the Trustees Dining Room, with doors opening at 11 a.m., with Aramark serving lunch beginning at 11:30 a.m. The event ends at 1:30 p.m.
The Macon event will take place in Heritage Hall at the University Center, the even begins at 11 a.m., with Aramark serving lunch beginning at 11:30 a.m. The event will end at 2 p.m.
The MERC event will begin at 11 a.m., with Aramark serving lunch beginning at 11:30 a.m. The event ends at 1:30 p.m.
At each event, there will be representatives from many of the companies that serve Mercer employees, and they will be available to answer questions about their services and handout a few goodies. There will also be free health screenings including cholesterol, blood pressure, glucose, and BMI.
