RN-BSN Completion Track

RN-BSN Completion Track Curriculum Overview
(For Licensed Registered Nurses)

The RN-BSN Completion Track is a special accelerated course of study for registered nurses who hold a Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing from an NLN or CCNE accredited program and are currently licensed to practice in the state of Georgia. Qualified RN students may complete coursework through full-time or part-time study. Courses are designed for the adult student with course times to accommodate most working RNs without duplication of prelicensure experiences or employment disruptions.  Most courses are offered one day per week.

Dr. Helen Hodges, Coordinator of the RN-BSN Track, has developed a list of frequently asked questions.  To view the curriculum plan, click here

Students must complete a minimum of 32 semester hours at Georgia Baptist College of Nursing to meet BSN degree requirements. Individual academic advisement is required for all part-time and full-time students.  Selected prelicensure nursing course credit will automatically be awarded as an additional 32 semester hours toward the BSN upon completion of NURN 310.
