Professor Blakey is a certified CPR instructor and has been on faculty since 1992.  She teaches across the curriculum in a variety of courses.  She is faculty advisor to the Baptist Student Union.  Professor Blakey has led many international nursing mission trips.  She is a member of Pi Gamma Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International.  She has twice been selected as Faculty Member of the Year.
