Information for Nominated Undergraduate Students

In order for us to accept your nomination, we must receive the following:

• Exchange Student Application
• Official Transcript from Your University
• TOEFL Score Report 
• Financial Statement from Your or Your Sponsor's Bank
• Immunization Records
• Essay explaining why you wish to participate in this program (250-500 words)
• A list of courses you plan to take (please list at least four 3-credit hour courses)
  • Mercer Course Catalog
  • Courses available for current and following semester
• Request for a DS-2019
• Arrival Plan
