Regional Academic Center Admissions
The Regional Academic Center Admissions Office is located in Macon, Georgia. The Regional Academic Center Admissions Office handles the admission process for undergraduate and certification programs offered at the Henry County, Douglas County, Eastman, and Macon Centers.
Graduate programs have different admission applications and procedures. See the individual college or school for information pertaining to your desired graduate program.
Prospective students interested in pursuing admission to an undergraduate program at one of these locations should submit all admission documents to:

Freshmen

Applicants must submit:
- A completed Regional Academic Center Undergraduate Application for Admission. Apply online or download a printable version of the application for admission.
- A $50.00 non-refundable application fee. Apply online and save! Receive a $25 application fee discount when you apply online.
- An official copy of the high school or GED transcript
Transfer Students
(Students who have attended any technical school, college or university, regardless of how long ago, accreditation status of school, or whether or not a degree was received.)
Applicants must submit:
- A completed Regional Academic Center Undergraduate Application for Admission. Apply online or download a printable version of the application for admission.
- A $50.00 non-refundable application fee. Apply online and save! Receive a $25 application fee discount when you apply online.
- Official transcripts from ALL colleges, universities, or technical schools attended
- Applicants with less than 30 semester hours (or 45 quarter hours) of college credit should also submit an official high school transcript and/or GED transcript
Official documents must be received in a sealed envelope directly from the institution or testing agency.
No more than 64 semester hours are transferable from accredited two-year institutions and 96 semester hours total from all accredited institutions. The registrar will provide an evaluation of transfer credit to each transfer applicant within 30 days of admittance to the University.

Immunizations and TB Screening
Mercer University's Immunization Policy requires all students attending the university to provide immunization information and tuberculosis screening. Additional information will be provided upon application to the University.
