Swimmers of all levels are welcome. Swimming is one of the best forms of exercise as it works the whole body and builds the cardiovascular system. The low impact of the water distinguishes swimming from other workouts; for example, running and weights.
Swimming offers a social outlet where you can take a break from academic or personal stresses. Working out with a group makes exercising easier and provides motivation to exercise. Plus, it is fun to get together exchange stories and challenge each other.
If you are interested in practicing with us this semester, practices will be in the University Center Pool at the following times:
Mondays 7:00 - 8:00P.M.
Tuesdays 12:15 - 1:15 P.M.
Wednesdays 7:00 – 8:00P.M.
Thursdays 12:15 - 1:15P.M.
7:30 - 8:30P.M

What’s New?
We are looking forward to a couple of swim meets in the spring. More information will be here soon.
What’s the Old News?
We had an exciting spring semester where we competed in two meets: the Furman Invitational and Mercer Swim Meet. On February 10, we traveled to
Greenville, SC to compete with club teams Tennessee, Georgia Tech, Georgia, GC&SU, High Point, and Emory at Furman University. On March 22, our team competed against Furman at Mercer.
Six of our swimmers competed against GCSU, Georgia Tech, Emory, and
UGA. We finished 4th. It was a well run meet and our swimmers supporting each other as we all
cut our trial times.
