Have you ever wondered to yourself, “Why would anyone want to do this to themselves?”

We have a plan for you!

Complete the Mercer Homecoming 5K race on November 22, 2008 using our comprehensive 10 week training program.

We provide

·       A personalized “Couch-to-5K” Running Plan.

·       Motivation from a friendly coaching staff

·       3 FREE 20-30 minute running sessions per week

·       1 FREE 45 minute cross training session per week
