Class Descriptions
Aqua Aerobics: Enjoy the perfect summer workout while splashing in the pool. With
little to no impact, you get a complete cardiovascular and resistance workout,
and it’s great for all fitness levels. You do not have to know how to swim to
participate. Classes meet at Plunkett Pool.
Body Sculpt: Ready to work hard? This class
features an intense combination of targeted muscle strengthening exercises to
shape and firm the entire body.
Cardio Mix: If you love a variety of cardiovascular
aerobics classes, this one is for you. This class is
guaranteed to get you moving, burning calories, and feeling great!
Fit Club: This “Club” is open to everyone! Come
enjoy a midday workout to boost your energy, increase endurance and develop
great muscle definition. Every class is total body resistance training.
Quik Fit: This 30-min class is a great way to fit
a little exercise into your day. The class is low to moderate intensity and
includes toning with tubing and flexibility
exercises. Classes meet in Tarver Library.
Come as you are, no change of clothes required.
TNT: (Tone 'N Tighten) This class is
designed entirely to sculpt and define your muscles. It is the perfect class
for increasing lean muscle mass and improving muscular endurance.
