Instructions for Online Registration

Nursing and Theology

In order to register online, you must obtain your RAC (registration access code) from your advisor.

1.   Go to Mercer's website at http://www.mercer.edu

2.   To the left of the screen, click on 'Current Students', then 'Online Resources', then 'BearPort', then on 'Login To My  Account.'

3.   Login at the bottom,left of the BearPort screen.  Enter your  student ID number and your PIN. 

4.    Click on 'Select Term', then click on the appropriate term.  Click on 'Drop and Add classes.'  On the next screen simply 'Click here to continue'.  

5.     Enter your RAC (registration access code) and submit.

6.    The call numbers for all classes are contained in the published schedule as well as on the web at http://www.mercer.edu/Registrar/Classes/Atlanta

7.    If you do not have the Call Numbers, click on the 'Course Sections' option to identify the area of study and courses for which you want to register, click on the course and obtain the call number.

8.    After you have entered the Call Numbers for all courses, click 'Submit'.

9.    After registration is complete, click on 'Detailed Schedule' and review for accuracy.

10.  If you need to drop a course as you work with your schedule, click on the box under 'Action', select 'Drop', then 'Submit'.

Important Things to Consider:

If you are on 'Hold' for any reason, you will not be able to access the Registration Module.  You are encouraged to verify your status by clicking on 'Registration Status' from the Administrative Services menu.

 Hours of Availability:

Online registration will be available from 8:30 am – 11:00pm beginning April 1 (with the exception of Wednesdays from 9-12noon.
