Instructions for Online Registration (Pharmacy, Education, Business) 

 

NOTE: All students should seek advisement before registering. Failure to consult an advisor before registering could severely jeopardize your academic career and/or degree progress.

1.
Go to Mercer's website at http://www.mercer.edu

2. On the left side of the screen, click on 'Current Students', then 'Online Resources', then 'BearPort', then on 'Log into my account'.

Log in at the bottom, left of the BearPort screen. Enter your student ID number and your PIN.

4. Click on 'Select Term', then click on the appropriate term.  Click on 'Drop and Add classes.' On the next screen simply 'Click here to continue'.

5. Click on the 'Course Sections' option to identify the area of study and courses for which you want to register.

6. Click on each course to identify the Call Number for the individual courses and write them down. Then click on 'Drop/Add Classes' to proceed.

7. After you have entered the Call Numbers for all courses, click on the 'Submit' button. This will refresh the screen and show all courses for which you are registered.


Important Things to Consider:

1. If you are on 'Hold' for any reason, you will not be able to access the Registration Module.

2. The system will not allow registration for certain courses without completion of the appropriate prerequisites. Check the Bulletin, which may be found at http://www.mercer.edu/registrar/bulletin.htm, or seek advisement.


Hours of Availability:

Online early registration will be available from 8:30 am  – 11:00pm beginning April 1 (with the exception of Wednesdays from 9am - 12pm.
