You can now print an enrollment verification for the current semester or total enrollment from your BearPort account. This enrollment certification works best with Microsoft Explorer. Just follow the simple steps below.
Go to HTTP://WWW2.MERCER.EDU
Select Current Students
Select Online Resources
Click on BearPort
Login to my Account
Enter your Mercer ID
Enter your PIN
Login
At the bottom of the left column Click on Link to National Student Clearinghouse
Type in your name, birth date and SSN
Click on login
Under Obtain an enrollment certificate, choose either: Current enrollment or All enrollment
Click on Obtain an enrollment certificate.
It will take about a minute for the certification to appear
Print the certification
Close the print window; this will take you back to the National Student Clearinghouse page
Click on the tab Logoff.
Click on Click here to close Clearinghouse window
This will take you back to BearPort.
You may then mail the certification to your insurance company or other party that is requesting it.
* We have found most insurance companies prefer all enrollment/history.
If you are printing this for a good student discount you will need to include a copy of your last grade report, which may also may be printed from bear port.
