Students seeking to drop or add on-line courses will submit the following information to the Office of the Registrar via e-mail ( registrar@mercer.edu ). Students must use Mercer e-mail accounts only.

- Student ID
- Home school/college and location (Macon, Atlanta, Douglas Center, Henry Center, Eastman Center, Macon Center)
- Telephone (Home and Work/Cell)
Courses to be ADDED to your Schedule
(examples: CHR 101.001, MATH 129.1D1 or CALL #)
Courses to be DROPPED from your Schedule
- Course/Section
(examples: CHR 101.001, MATH 129.1D1 or CALL #)
- Course Credit Hours
- Please be sure to drop any wait listed course(s) that you no longer plan to take.
If you require Special Permission
- Special permission may be required to Register ( R), Waitlist (W), or Audit (AU).
- If this is the case, seek permission from the Associate Dean in the College/School which has charge of the course. This must be done before the course information is sent to the Office of the Registrar.
