Theology Online Registration
Hours of Availability:
Online registration for Spring will be available from 8:30 am – 11:00pm beginning November 6th (with the exception of Wednesdays from 9-12 noon.)
1. In order to register online, you must obtain your RAC (registration access code) from your faculty advisor. Please make an appointment with your advisor prior to November 6, 2007 to discuss your schedule and obtain your RAC.
*Your faculty advisor is listed in BearPort under "Student Records" -> "Advisor."
2. Click on BearPort, then on "Login To My Account."
3. Login at the left of the BearPort screen. Enter your student ID number without dashes (either your Social Security number or your Mercer ID number), and your PIN.
4. Click on ‘Select Term’, then on ‘Drop and Add classes.’ (You must register for Summer and Fall terms separately, using two different RAC numbers. You will register for January and Spring terms at the same time.) On the next screen you will see ‘Registration in progress’, simply click here to continue.
5. Enter your RAC (registration access code) and submit.
6. The call numbers for all classes are contained in the published schedule as well as on the web at http://www.mercer.edu/Registrar/Classes/Atlanta
7. If you do not have the Call Numbers, click on the ‘Course Sections’ option to identify the area of study and courses for which you want to register, click on the course and obtain the call number.
8. After you have entered the Call Numbers for all courses, click ‘Submit’.
9. After registration is complete, click on ‘Detailed Schedule’ and review for accuracy.
10. If you need to drop a course as you work with your schedule, click on the box under ‘Action’, select ‘Drop’, then ‘Submit’.
Important Things to Consider:
If you are on ‘Hold’ for any reason, you will not be able to access the Registration Module. You are encouraged to verify your status by clicking on ‘Registration Status’ from the Administrative Services menu.
