Resident Director
Mercer University Upward Bound is currently seeking a Resident Director (RD) for the six-week 2013 Summer Residental Program. The RD will be responsible for overall supervision of the residental facility and other duties as assigned by the Upward Bound staff. RD will be compensated with some meals, hourly wage and room. Interested applicants must be a Senior/Graduate student or recent graduate from an accrediated college/university. Mandatory training: Friday, May 24-25, 2013. Summer Program Begins: Monday, May 27-Friday, July 5, 2013

Tutor Counselor
Mercer University Upward Bound is currently seeking a Tutor Counselor (TC) for the 2013 Residental Summer Program. The TC will perform duties to facilitate the six-week summer program. TC's will assist with small groups, provide academic tutoring, leadership development, resident hall monitoring, para-professional counseling and other duties as assigned by the Upward Bound staff. TC will be compensated with some meals, hourly wage and room. Interested applicants must be at least a Sophomore at an accrediated college/university. Mandatory training: Friday, May 24-25, 2013. Summer Program Begins: Monday, May 27-Friday, July 5, 2013
