Mercer University Educational Opportunity Center

Educational Opportunity Centers (EOC) was established by the U.S. Department of Education to increase student enrollment and retention in college or technical school.

Mercer University EOC is a free program that primarily serves individuals 19 years of age and older. EOC services are available to:
  • Adults and high school students who would like to further their education beyond a high school diploma or GED
  • Adults and youth who have never completed high school and want to receive a GED
  • Adults who want to move out of a dead-end job
  • College students who need academic assistance and/or tutoring
